NN’s Project Space hosts Kevin McCully as he makes a series of photographic prints using the cyanotype and salted paper printing processes. These are two of the oldest photographic printmaking processes that originated in 1842 (Herschel) and 1839 (Talbot), respectively. Kevin will be coating, exposing and processing the prints using sunlight and/or UV light, and probably experimenting with other processes too.
The Project Space, on the top floor of NN will be open between 1pm to 5:45pm Wednesday, 11:00am to 5:45pm Thursday to Saturday, and 2pm to 4pm Sunday. The space will be closed for short breaks throughout the week.
